Shipping & Returns
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 working days, and below are the prices:
— Belgium: €6,00 (Free for orders over €200)
— Netherlands: €6,90
— France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal: €9,90
— Rest of the world: €18,00
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the situation and rectify it for you.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps for shipping. Please note that return shipping costs fall upon the customer. As an added precaution, we suggest keeping a copy of your shipping receipt, as we cannot be held accountable for lost packages.
Kindly note that any items returned without prior communication will not be processed.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Items specially ordered or personalized for you are unique and, unfortunately, not eligible for returns. Sale items and gift cards are also exempt from our return policy.
To quickly secure your desired item, return what you have now. After it’s accepted, proceed with ordering your preferred item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
